A lecture of the 8th Shanghai Library Open Data Competition was held in Chang 'an University Library on the afternoon of Jun 8th. Liu Wei, deputy director of Shanghai Library, Zhang Zheyu, Gao Guanzhi, R&D engineer He Chenzhi and their colleagues came to Chang 'an University Library.
